The Chickamauga Chase wants YOU!

Great events like The Chickamauga Chase can't happen without the tremendous support of dozens of volunteers. Each year nearly 100 people volunteer their time for a fun Saturday morning in the Battlefield.

Jobs range from registration, course sentries, water stops, and food and beverage distribution. We can put you to work in your preference and group you with your friends or group. Volunteering at The Chickamauga Chase is a great community service activity for groups like churches, school organizations, clubs, etc., or for individuals who simply want to help the community and support our great Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park.

If you would like to volunteer, please complete the attached application to the right and send it to the race director, or contact George Skonberg at 423-757-7633 or george.skonberg@ubs.com.

All volunteers receive the same high quality race t-shirt and pack as participants. Documentation can be provided if you need community service hours.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Ed and Carol Harris, along with daughter and son-in-law Keen & Lavon Pickle, have been regular volunteers at The Chickamauga Chase for 30 years! People like Ed, Carol, Keen and Lavon make our event really special. They look forward to this Saturday every year, and are responsible for the water stops throughout the Park. Thanks to them and others, you can count on a great race every year! Why not be one of the this year and volunteer to help?
